Watch How to Make Wood Fired Pizza from Scratch in Italy

Deep in the countryside of Central Italy, locals & foreigners mix & mingle long into the night, devouring the best wood-fired pizza in the area, sharing stories & laughter over liters of wine as the faint sound of the accordion plays on in the background!  Thursday's Pizza Night is always a memorable evening at La Tavola Marche (Organic Farm, Inn & Cooking School)  and filmmaker Patrick Richardson Wright captured it perfectly!


Join us every Thursday at our Agriturismo/Farmhouse as we fire up the outdoor wood burning oven, dine al'fresco family-style in the garden & enjoy handmade pizzas, salad from our garden, dessert & a quarter litre of wine for 15 Euro per person.

Try our famous hands-on pizza class (featured in Food & Wine) and learn the secrets of making pizza from scratch, rolling & tossing your dough and collecting fresh ingredients for the toppings & sauce straight from our organic garden! Then master the art of firing your pizza in the outdoor wood burning oven!
 
PIZZA COOKING CLASS -  includes 3+ hours of hands-on cooking including pizza, sauce, toppings & tiramisu, garden tour, hand-printed apron gift, meal & local wine = 125 Euro/person
 
WOOD FIRED PIZZA - EVERY THURSDAY in June, July & August!
